What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email), the business data you enter in Helixa (tasks, notes, contacts, deals, financial figures), and the content of your conversations with the assistant.
Connected accounts
When you connect a provider such as Gmail, Google Calendar, or Slack, we store an encrypted access token so the assistant can act on your behalf. We only request the scopes needed for the features you use, and you can revoke any connection at any time from the Connections page.
How we use your data
Your data is used to run the product for you: answering your questions, generating insights, and performing the actions you approve. We do not sell your data.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your workspace data or your account, after which we remove it from our production systems.
