Using Helixa
You need an account to use Helixa. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity that happens in your workspace.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Plan limits (such as message volume and connected accounts) apply as shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Assistant actions
Helixa can draft and send messages, create calendar events, and update records on your behalf. Automated output can be wrong — review important actions before approving them. You remain responsible for anything sent from your connected accounts.
Acceptable use
Do not use Helixa to break the law, send spam, or attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
